Katie Pullom
Research Assistant
Katie Pullom is a Ph.D. student in the Education Policy program at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Her research interests include evaluating supplemental programs that support student success and emphasize the social and emotional well-being of K-12 students.
Before joining the program, Katie served as the policy director for the Alabama House Democratic Caucus helping to develop the legislative agenda and to provide policy recommendations for the legislative session. Katie is also a former public school educator who taught high school chemistry and physics. She holds a M.Ed. from Pace University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology
